Can I collect my order immediately?
Please wait for our confirmation that your order is ready. Some materials may need preparation or confirmation of availability.
Why isn't delivery charged at checkout?
Freight can depend on product size, quantity and destination. We review the cost and email the final total for approval before payment.
When do I pay for a delivery order?
After our team confirms freight, you'll receive an updated total and a secure payment link. We prepare or dispatch your order after payment is confirmed.
What if I need trade or bulk pricing?
Add your products to the normal shopping cart, then select Request a Bulk Quote. We'll review pricing and any applicable freight before requesting payment.
What if delivery isn't available to my address?
Contact our team to discuss available options. Delivery eligibility is determined by the regions currently configured for our store.
